RETURNS POLICY
Lens Warranty & Exchange Policy
1. The shop does not offer refunds due to a change of mind once the lenses have been ordered, manufactured, or assembled. This policy applies to custom-made prescription lenses, including lenses produced based on prescriptions not examined or measured by the shop, as such products are customized and cannot be resold.
2. If the customer experiences visual discomfort or if the prescription is found to be unsuitable, the shop is pleased to provide prescription adjustment or lens modification services in accordance with the warranty conditions. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
3. In cases where the prescription cannot be adjusted or corrected in accordance with the shop’s warranty conditions, the shop allows an exchange for other products of equal or higher value. Any price difference for higher-value products shall be paid by the customer.

Do you provide international delivery?
We only have delivery inside Thailand.
How long does it take to order the prescription contact lenses?
For the spheric contact lenses:
We have it in the stock so you can buy it at the store.
For the Astigmatism contact lenses:

It takes only 1-2 days to get the product to the store after placing an order.

For special contact lenses or out of stock contact lenses, it takes 45-60 days to back order.
How do I track my order?
We will send the delivery tracking in Line OA (@netr_optic)
How long does it take to do the progressive lens?
It normally takes 4-5 days for clear lens and 5-7 days for transition lens or tinted color lens.
